This one-hour free webinar will discuss strategies for achieving lean despite inherent variability in processes or products, as well as how to enhance process improvement initiatives through time-tested management principles.
This webinar will be led by Hugh McManus, Ph.D., and Merwan Mehta, Ph.D. McManus is an experienced senior special projects engineer at Metis Design in Boston and a lean engineering, product development and healthcare processes specialist, while Mehta is a professor in the Department of Technology Systems at East Carolina University (Mehta), certified manufacturing engineer and certified Six Sigma black belt.
